The Maincor OverBoard 18mm Straight Panel forms the core floor area of low-profile underfloor heating (UFH) overlay systems. Manufactured from high-density gypsum dry screed board, this 1200mm × 600mm panel features pre-routed straight channels set at 150mm centers to carry 12mm UFH pipework. At just 18mm thick, it provides a fast, dry alternative to wet screeds, allowing installers to lay UFH directly over existing timber or concrete subfloors with minimal impact on floor build-up height.
